A while ago this wonderful client comes to me and shows me the most faded tat I’ve seen in a while. But what’s more, it was badly drawn from the start. The client’s daughter, for whom this tat is dedicated to, told an excited mommy the truth about what she thought about the tattoo.
Mommy “Hey baby, look what mommy got! It’s for you!”
Baby “What is it?”
Mommy “It’s a tattoo of an angel with your name in there!”
Baby “It looks like a turkey…”
Talk about the shit kids say. Gotta love ’em for the truth.
This was corrected with a 7 tight liner, 15 bugpin curved magum (soft shading is key), and eternal gray wash ink and intenze zuper black.
